From the M6 exit at Junction 40 in a northerly or southerly direction of travel. Take the A66 Penrith road for 35 miles. Join the A595 at Cockermouth. Travel for approximately five miles to the New By Pass into Workington. Turn left at the road junction with the HSBC Bank opposite. Turn right at the traffic lights. Continue straight on at the small roundabout over the bridge. Turn right at the bus station into Murray Road. The British Red Cross shop and training venue are located on the left-hand side opposite Greggs.

Parking
Parking is available within a multi-storey nearby the venue. Turn off Oxford Street at the roundabout and take first right and the car park is signposted.
